Airport Transfers

By Train - London Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted airports have dedicated express train services into London. Conference attendees may find train transfer from London Heathrow particularly convenient, as the Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes between London Paddington station and all five Heathrow terminals. Fares start at £21 one-way. Journey time is about 25 minutes.

By Tube - London Heathrow and City airports are directly connected to the Tube network. The stations nearest the conference hotel are Edgware Road and Paddington; trips from the airports to these stations will require line transfers. Fares start at about £4.00.

By Coach - National Express, Easybus, and Greenline coach transfers run 24 hours a day and start as low as £2 when booked in advance. Easybus offer services from Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton airports, Greenline coaches run service from Luton, and National Express runs from Heathrow. Most coach services drop off at Victoria or another Central London location, so a transfer via Tube or another mode of transportation to Paddington will be required.

By Car - Black cabs, chauffeured luxury vehicles, and rideshares are available at all London airports.
